I’m more impressed each time I look at these photos of the exhibition – and wish I could be there to see it.
Perched (sometimes) In hidden places between us and the sky the nests feel to me both fragile and strong. This is the feeling I get from your work.
A strong and professional installation and I sense there’s a lot more where this came from…
Thank you so much David. It is difficult to capture what it’s like to be in the space, surrounded by the work with still photography. Perhaps I should make a video?
Yes, that combination of strength and fragility is definitely something I sought to explore in relation to the way humans understand (and construct) security.
